294. Quinoa with tomato sauce and paneer

Quinoa with Paneer cubes, rich tomato sauce and garden salad. Quick, simple, healthy!

Rich Tomato Sauce :

  1. Heat Oil
  2. Add Mustard seeds and let them crackle
  3. Add Cumin (if you like)
  4. Add tomato puree
  5. Stir well
  6. Add brown sugar & salt to taste
  7. Stir well again
  8. Add some coriander leaves (if you like)
