Its been 3 odd years since I touched pasta of any kind since I found that they have eggs in them or they make it in same vessels that have been used for making products that may have eggs. That was it. I stopped eating pasta, especially the noodles. But yesterday, a Japanese student introduced me to a company that makes vegetarian noodles. I wrote to the company, went through their website and its YES!!! Pure Vegetarian!

I went out in the evening, bought many packets and cooked a great preparation of this noodle with Soy sauce and mixed veggies. The Japanese student joined in too. Ahhh..noodles after so many years.
It was great. Finished it in 5 mins flat!
